Thank you for taking the time to visit my website!  I would like to give you a little backgound on how I landed in the real estate business...

      I have a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Oakland University.  I developed a strong interest in small business and how to manage a successful business using my strong financial background.  I have been a manufacturers representative for the last 25 years and have enjoyed developing a solid customer base and helping my principals grow to be successful automotive suppliers. 

     I purchased my first  home in Beverly Hills Village when I was 25 and still own this home today.  It has been rented and managed by me since I purchased my second home in Beverly Hills Village when I was 31.  I married Joyce when I was 40 and along with the marriage came another house to rent in Royal Oak.  My interest in real estate developed with the knowledge of what great appreciation and tax deductions can be realized from home ownership and being a landlord.  I am also a private pilot with an instrument rating.  My father and I own a 1977 Piper Arrow and keep it at Troy Oakland Airport in Troy, Michigan.   We all enjoy spending weekends and holidays with my parents in Holland, Michigan.  There is nothing like a Lake Michigan beach in the summer time!
